The terms and conditions listed below apply to all FOLA TRAVEL services offered directly or indirectly (via distributors) through the website, email, or phone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website, as well as making a booking, you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below (including the privacy policy).

These terms and conditions are the complete agreement between you and FOLA TRAVEL. If you do not read or agree with these terms and conditions, do not use our website (the “service”). By using any section of the folatravel.com website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions listed below govern your access to and use of folatravel.com’s services and information. By using any of the company’s services, you agree to these conditions.

If you do not approve of any of the conditions, folatravel.com’s privacy policy, or do not have the necessary civil ability, please cease accessing and using our services immediately.

Service Access

Any information and services offered by Fola Travel may be discontinued or altered at any time without prior notice. When registering for membership or subscribing to the newsletter, you could be asked for registration information in order to access and utilize the company’s services.

It is your responsibility to make sure that all of the information you submit is correct, complete, and up-to-date. You acknowledge that any information you provide on the company’s website will be governed by its privacy policy.

If you are given a username, password, or any other information as part of the security measures, you are required to keep it private and not share it with anybody else.

Rights to Intellectual Property

You are allowed to use the company’s services for personal, non-commercial reasons in accordance with the conditions of use.

Except as your computer browser does it automatically, you are not permitted to copy, distribute, alter, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content or materials on the folatravel.com website in order to access and use the services and information.

The trademarks of folatravel.com cannot be used without the company’s prior written consent. On the website, third-party trademarks, logos, products or services, graphics, or slogans may not always signify a connection to such third parties.

The services offered by folatravel.com may only be used for legitimate reasons and in compliance with these terms of usage. You promise not to use the business’s services for any illegal reason.

Deposit and Payment

The following terms of payment have been set to guarantee that each party is accountable for their obligations:

  • Deposit: Depending on the particular tour, either full payment or a 30% deposit of the entire tour cost will be needed. This must be done using the available online payment methods. Within 24 hours of receiving the deposit, the customer will get a confirmation invoice.
  • Final Payment: The consultant will confirm the payment time throughout the booking procedure before the departure date.

    • We accept UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards, as Fola Travel is a verified member of the OnePay system.
    • Note: A 3% service fee will be applied to credit card payments.

Confirmation of Reservation and Voucher

Emails confirming all reservations will be sent out within one business day. We will let you know the status of your reservation at the time of booking if we cannot confirm right away.

A voucher will be sent once the trip has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Insurance and Liability

Any passenger loss, harm, or damage brought on by circumstances like aircraft delays, accidents, natural catastrophes, political unrest, or other occurrences is not Fola Travel’s responsibility. Passengers need to be sure they have sufficient travel insurance.

Accommodations and itineraries may be impacted by local circumstances and flight scheduling. In these situations, we’ll try to replace it with a comparable arrangement. By taking part in any trip, you accept the conditions listed above.

Cancellation and Refunds

Local service providers will impose cancellation costs for bookings, since shipping lines and other partners each have their own cancellation policy. Each cruise or tour’s ” Policies” section includes detailed cancellation and refund procedures.

General Cancellation Policy for Customers:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: Free cancellation.
  • Cancellation from 30-59 days before departure: 30% of total trip price.
  • Cancellation from 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total trip price.
  • Cancellation from 7-14 days before departure: 70% of total trip price.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total trip price.

Children’s policy varies depending on the type of service; please refer to the details for each specific tour or trip.

Children Policy

  • Under 4 years old: Free (except domestic airfare).
  • 4-11 years old without bed: 50% of adult price.
  • 4-11 years old with extra bed: 75% of adult price.
  • 4-11 years old in a double room: 90% of adult price.
  • 11 years old and above: Calculated as an adult.

Refund Policy

Except in cases of force majeure, such as weather circumstances, we are always open to receiving and considering your criticism in the event of unsatisfactory service. If your complaint is reasonable, we will issue a refund or compensation in accordance with the company’s policy.

Quality assurance

Each of our partners is carefully chosen to guarantee that you have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We perform frequent inspections of all products and services we provide. If the service does not match your expectations, we will investigate the cause and continue with suitable compensation.
