Full Day Tour: Hanoi - Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - Tam Coc/ Trang An - Mua Caves

07:15 Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer you to Ninh Binh.

09:00 Have a short break for 20 minutes on the way.

10:15 Explore Hoa Lu Ancient Capital

Arrive at Cozy Vietnam restaurant. We start cycling for 20 minutes amidst the wonderful Ninh Binh nature to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, then park the bicycle and walk around.

Hoa Lu is the first capital of Vietnam, belonging to the Dinh and Le Dynasties in the 17th century. Here, you will be impressed with the outstanding architecture and exhibitions, listening to the story of Vietnam thousands of years ago.

(If cycling is not your thing, we will take you to Hoa Lu by bus, where you will meet up with other guests.)

11:30 Cycling tour

Continue the bicycle trip around the village for another 30 minutes to admire the charming nature and learn about the lives of Ninh Binh locals.

12:00 Lunchtime

Enjoy lunch at the five-star Cozy Vietnam Restaurant. Savor delicious food while taking in the panoramic view of Ninh Binh’s picturesque mountain and river landscape.

Option 1: Take a 1.5-hour boat excursion in “Halong Bay on land” Tam Coc Bich Dong.

During the boat ride, you will be pleasantly delighted by the exquisite beauty of golden rice fields and limestone mountains surrounding the river, along with the magnificent cave system.

Option 2: Visit Trang An, a World Heritage Site designated by UNESCO.

You can spend 2 hours on a bamboo boat to explore the magnificent beauty of Trang An, which includes a stunning cave system that was featured in the 2016 blockbuster “Kong: Skull Island.”

16:00 Visit Mua Caves

Hang Mua, or Mua Caves, is a breathtaking cave system on top of a grandiose mountain. Walk up over 500 stairs to the summit of Mua Caves for an incredible panoramic view of Ninh Binh.

17:00 Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi.

19:00 Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off. Thank you for traveling with us!
