Before boarding your cruise, you can finish the luggage check-in process at the waiting area.

12:30 Welcome onboard.

A tender boat takes visitors to the Athena Royal Cruise.

While you enjoy our special welcome drink, the cruise manager and the entire crew will provide you with a safety briefing and an explanation of the day’s program.

12:45 Have a happy lunch.

Lunch is served at our nice restaurant. Admire the breathtaking views of famous limestone formations as the boat travels to Halong Bay, a world-renowned natural wonder.

14:45 Activities.

Bo Nau Cave is a beautiful location in the center of the bay and is the first destination on our trip. From here, you will be carried by tender boat to Sung Sot Cave.

Also known as Surprising Cave, Sung Sot Cave is one of Halong Bay’s most magnificent caves for exploring and admiring the majestic stalactites and stalagmites.

Next, the boat will travel to Ti Top Island, where you may swim, dive, unwind on the idyllic beach, or climb up Ti Top Peak for a breathtaking overview of Ha Long Bay.

If you don’t want to kayak, you can take a traditional bamboo boat with other tourists to explore Luon Cave.

Relax in your cabin for a while before packing your bags. You can leave your suitcases outside the cabin, and the Athena Royal Cruise staff will collect and deliver them to the port for you.

Day 1: Halong Bay - Surprising Cave - Ti Top Island

You can complete the luggage check-in process in the waiting area before heading on your cruise.

A tender boat brings tourists to the Athena Royal Cruise.

The cruise manager and the entire crew will give you a safety briefing and an overview of the day’s schedule as you enjoy our special welcome drink.

12:45 Have a pleasant meal.

As the boat glides towards Halong Bay, a natural wonder of the world, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch and take in the stunning panoramic view of well-known limestone formations.

14:45 Activities.

Our trip begins at Bo Nau Cave, often called Pelican Cave, a stunning spot in the middle of the bay. From here, a tender boat will take you to Sung Sot Cave.

Sung Sot Cave is one of the most exquisite caves in Halong Bay, well known for its magnificent stalactite and stalagmite system.

Following Surprising Cave, the boat will take you to Ti Top Island, where you may swim, dive, relax on the gorgeous beach, or visit Ti Top Peak for a breathtaking panorama of Halong Bay.

17:00 Return to Athena Royal Cruise and relax onboard.

10:00 Explore Me Cung Cave (Maze Cave).

This magnificent cave astounds travelers with its complex inner structure, which is made up of numerous limestone barriers and closed spaces, like a maze carved by nature.

11:00 Activities.

Following Maze Cave, the Athena Royal Cruise team will take you to the Tung Sau Area to visit the Pearl Farm, where you can buy wonderful gifts made by local people. This is also a lovely place to kayak around and explore the bay.

12:30 Lunch time onboard the day boat.

14:00 Return to the Athena Royal Cruise.

Have a tea break on the sundeck after lunch. Then, we will return to the main cruise by transfer boat.

From here, we’ll continue our exploration at Vung Vieng Fishing Village, a charming location where you can learn about the everyday life of Halong Bay fishermen.

09:00 Welcome back to the Athena Royal Cruise.

Before you pack your luggage, take some time to relax in your cabin.

Leave your belongings outside the cabin, and the Athena Royal crew will collect and transport them to the pier for you.
