Second Day: Sung Sot Cave - Tuan Chau Wharf - Hanoi

Welcome an exciting day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck, while soaking in the fresh air and gentle sea breeze from the bay.

06:30 A light breakfast is served at the restaurant.

07:30 Visit Sung Sot Cave

On Bo Hon Island, after hiking up about 120 steps, you will reach the entrance of Sung Sot (Surprising) Cave. Here, go on an expedition through the water cave by kayaking or bamboo boats.

08:45 Back to Hermes Cruises and relax.

09:30 Check-out time onboard.

09:40 Enjoy a buffet brunch while the cruise sails back to the Tuan Chau Wharf

The Hermes Cruise staff may pick you up from your accommodation in the Old Quarter area and take you to Halong City by highway.

On the route, there will be a break in Hai Duong Province for refreshments.

11:15 Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour.

12:00 Transfer to Hermes Cruises. Check into your cabin.

12:30 Enjoy a delicious buffet meal at our restaurant.

As the ship begins on a new journey at Ha Long Bay, enjoy a buffet lunch provided by Hermes’s premium restaurant.

Our menu features Halong seafood, Vietnamese traditional dishes, and other fusion delicacies.

14:00 Visit Luon Cave.

This beautiful water cave is ideal for kayaking or renting a bamboo boat rowed by local fishermen to explore and soak in the tranquil ambiance.

15:20 Visit Ti Top Island.

Here, you will be able to climb Ti Top Peak and enjoy the stunning panoramic view of Halong Bay. Other fun activities on Ti Top Beach include swimming, diving, and sunbathing.

Second Day: Dark & Light Cave - Three Peaches Bach - Me Cung Cave

06:15 A new day in Halong Bay

Wake up early and take a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to warm yourself while seeing the breathtaking Halong daylight.

Then, have a light breakfast in our restaurant, with Vietnamese coffee, tea, and pastries.

09:00 Visit Cat Ba Island.

Our day begins with a visit to Cat Ba Island’s Dark & Light Cave, a renowned tourist destination in Lan Ha Bay. Kayaking around this cave is a fun and exciting pastime that you shouldn’t miss.

About two hours later, you will return to the cruise and proceed to Ba Trai Dao Beach (English as “Three Peaches”) for some swimming and sunbathing.

12:00 Enjoy lunch on the day boat

13:00 More adventure!

Enjoy some more swimming at Three Peaches Beach or explore the stunning beauty of Lan Ha Bay by kayaking around.

After that, we’ll board the day boat and explore Me Cung Cave. As we sail by Toad Islet, Mat Quy Islet, and Pearl Farm, you will be treated to stunning vistas of the bay’s islands.

14:45 Enjoy an afternoon tea party onboard, complete with Vietnamese teas and delicious fruits!

Canceled by Hermes Cruise:

According to the law of Quang Ninh Local Port Authority, in any natural disaster, such as strong winds, monsoons, thunderstorms, cyclones, and storms, Quang Ninh Local Port Authority has the right to cancel all cruises on a particular day to ensure the safety of tourists.

In those cases, the following policies will be applied:

If the cancellation is informed before guests depart from Hanoi to Halong Bay (and guests have not used any services yet), a 100% refund will be provided.
If the cancellation is informed during the trip (after guests have already used some services such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong), only the actual fees for these services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded in full.
