Under 5 years old: Free of charge for 1 child sleeping with parents, from the 2nd child with extra bed count as 30% of Adult
From 5 to 11 years old: Count as 50% of an adult for 1 child sleeping with parents, from the 2nd child with extra bed/ cabin count as 75% of an adult
Over 11 years old: Count as an adult

Cancellation Policy +

All confirmed and paid bookings are non-refundable and non-cancelable under any conditions.

In case of circumstances beyond normal control of the Parties, such as war, civil or political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, storms, government restriction, epidemics, and other events according to the laws of Vietnam or disruption to fuel supplies for the vessel, the cruise has to be canceled and the booking will be reserved within 3 months from the announcement date.

Any changes/amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly:

Over 15 days prior to departure date: Free amendment charge
From 14 to 7 days prior to departure date: Charge 50% of booking fee
Within 7 days of departure date: Charge 100% of booking fee
